Human companionship,
reimagined.

Cloud Couch offers non-clinical companionship for adults seeking grounded, elevated moments of human connection.

Not therapy. Not AI. Just real time with a real person

Why Cloud Couch Exists

Cloud Couch exists because even a good life can feel lonely. Not always in a dramatic way, just in the quiet way that adds up.

We offer a calm, intentional space to be with someone. To talk, to reflect, or to simply feel less alone.

Companionship is the offering, grounded in presence, and care.

This is not therapy.
It’s companionship, with care.

Our Guides

Think of the person in your life everyone feels safe talking to. The one who’s steady, present, and easy to be around. That’s the kind of person our Guides are.

Guides are trained companions. You can talk, reflect, laugh, or simply share quiet time, whatever feels right that day.

All Cloud Couch Guides complete a Virtual Companion Verification program before supporting clients.

Interested in Becoming a Guide?

If you’re someone who brings calm to a room, holds presence naturally, and knows how to show up with care, you might be a great fit.

Guides offer 1:1 companionship to adults who want to feel supported, grounded, or simply less alone. This work is especially aligned for people with backgrounds in caregiving, peer support, coaching, mindfulness, hospitality, or other people-centered roles.

Guides choose their own schedules and select sessions that fit their lives. We believe that when Guides are respected and supported, they can offer a steadier presence to others.

No. Cloud Couch is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Guides are trained companions who offer presence and conversation within clear boundaries. If you are seeking clinical care, we encourage you to work with a licensed provider.

Guides follow clear standards that protect boundaries, privacy, and the integrity of the companionship relationship.

There is no script. Sessions are shaped by what you want in the moment. You can talk about what is on your mind, sit quietly together, listen to music, or share simple grounding or creative activities. Some people come for conversation. Others come for calm co-presence. Conversation is always optional.

No. You never have to talk, explain yourself, or perform. Some people come to sit quietly. Some talk the whole time. Some do a mix. There is no expectation to perform or make the time productive. All of it is okay.

Arrival Time is an optional grounding moment at the start of a session. It is a few minutes to settle in, take a breath, and arrive before the conversation begins.

Cannabis is legal in many places and commonly used by adults. Many services exclude clients who use cannabis, which can increase isolation. Cloud Couch is designed to be a non-judgmental space for adult companionship with clear ethical boundaries. Come as you are. .
