Cloud Couch is a non-clinical companionship service centered on warm human connection. Clients meet virtually with trained Guides for grounding, companionship, and presence. This is not therapy, diagnosis, or advice. Sessions are about being with someone, not being fixed.
No. Cloud Couch is not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment. Guides are trained companions who offer presence and conversation within clear boundaries. If you are seeking clinical care, we encourage you to work with a licensed provider.
Guides are verified companions who provide steady, non-clinical support through conversation, quiet presence, and shared moments. They are not therapists and they do not offer clinical care. Guides follow clear standards that protect boundaries, privacy, and the integrity of the companionship relationship.
There is no script. Sessions are shaped by what you want in the moment. You can talk about what is on your mind, sit quietly together, listen to music, or share simple grounding or creative activities. Some people come for conversation. Others come for calm co-presence. Conversation is always optional.
No. You never have to talk, explain yourself, or perform. Some people come to sit quietly. Some talk the whole time. Some do a mix. There is no expectation to perform or make the time productive. All of it is okay.
Arrival Time is an optional grounding moment at the start of a session. It is a few minutes to settle in, take a breath, and arrive before the conversation begins.
Cannabis is legal in many places and commonly used by adults. Many services exclude clients who use cannabis, which can increase isolation. Cloud Couch is designed to be a non-judgmental space for adult companionship with clear ethical boundaries. Come as you are. .
Cloud Couch may be a good fit if you feel lonely or disconnected and want non-judgmental companionship without advice or fixing. People use sessions to talk, sit quietly, process life transitions, share accomplishments, or simply not be alone. Cloud Couch is for adults 21 years of age or older
Cloud Couch may not be the right fit if you are looking for therapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or medical or psychological advice. We do not provide structured treatment plans or clinical care.
We aim to be clear about what we offer and what we do not, so you can choose the kind of support that actually fits your needs. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services or a crisis resource in your area.

Yes. You can choose a Verified Companion.
Cloud Couch is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident going into your session, so you can select the guide that feels like the best fit.
Each Verified Companion has an avatar and a short profile blurb to help you get a sense of their vibe, communication style, and presence. You can also filter by general preferences like guide gender.
Once you book, you’ll see your Verified Companion’s name and details in your portal and confirmation message.
It is intentional, boundaried, and focused entirely on you. You do not have to reciprocate emotionally, take care of the other person, or worry about being too much. The time is yours to talk, sit, or simply be.
We reserve a limited number of community-rate sessions each month. These are prioritized through community partners and referrals so the support reaches people who may otherwise be excluded.
You do not have to go through everything alone.
Cloud Couch is launching in Spring 2026.
